Presenter:� Pam Rechel and Jerry Zygmuntowicz

Topic:� How Language Transforms Results

Description:� This interactive presentation will expose you to some of the transformational coaching approaches taught at the Newfield Network's coaching program. �In our work and our lives, we coordinate action through the use of language.� We will explore the use of "speech acts" which provide a more precise and powerful framework that can significantly change relationships and results.� Participants will walk away with two actionable models as well as a context for helping clients use language more effectively.

Bio:� Pam's specialty with Brave Heart Consulting is helping people, especially managers, determine what they are ready to change and then to discover a new way of being so that behavior changes can be made.� In addition she's got a deep expertise in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and in coaching and consulting in organizations.

Bio:� Jerry is an executive coach and organizational consultant serving leaders as a thought partner and trusted advisor.� He partners with organizations to help navigate change, build alignment among diverse groups, and develop their leaders.
